These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of API Core Platform services, including email and domain verification APIs, dashboard tooling, and related integrations.
1. Service Scope
API Core Platform provides software tools for verification workflows. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for spam, abusive behavior, unauthorized data collection, fraud, or unlawful activities. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3. Billing and Subscription
Paid plans are billed via Lemon Squeezy. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Availability
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows, provider outages, or force majeure events may affect service continuity.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, API Core Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.
